JEVA slippers are true to size, we recommend taking your usual size.
If you have a fairly strong foot or if you are between 2 sizes, we advise you to take a size above.

You can place an order on our website and pay by credit card or Paypal. The products available for sale are in stock (except for exceptional reasons) and are shipped within 2 to 4 working days (processing time for your order).

For the moment, we only provide shipping to Metropolitan France, Corsica and Belgium.

The maximum delivery time is 30 days.

In practice, you should allow a processing time of 2 to 4 working days, upon receipt of your order, to which is added the transport time (for information purposes, provided by Colissimo):

• 24 to 48 hours for mainland France (Colissimo at home or relay point)

• 72 hours for Belgium

The size of your slippers is not suitable and you wish to exchange it or proceed with its refund. You have a period of 14 days, upon receipt of your order to return your product to us.

It must not have any trace of wear or wear.

Please contact us if additional time is required (exceptional case: gift for a special occasion).

You can return your order to us in its original packaging to SAS Rondinaud – Chemin de la Zone Industrielle – 16110 La Rochefoucauld-En -Angoumois.

Please include a short note with your order reference (made up of 9 letters), your name and your wish for exchange or refund.

In the event of an exchange for a different product, we will refund the difference. If the chosen product is more expensive, please send us the amount of the difference with the return of the product.

The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They must not show any signs of wear or tear (new condition).

The return costs are your responsibility and we will ship the exchange to you at our expense.

Upon receipt of your package, we will send the exchange or refund, according to your instructions.
