• Home delivery against signature, in point withdrawal or instructions by DPD

• Deadline provided by DPD (excluding order preparation time): 48 hours business days

• Home delivery cost: 6.50 € TTC for a pair - Free from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

• Delivery cost Point Relay: 4.30 € TTC for a pair - Free from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Netherlands:

• Home delivery against signature, in point withdrawal or instructions by DPD

• Deadline provided by DPD (excluding order preparation time): 72 hours worked days.

• Home delivery cost: 9.00 € TTC - 5 € from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

• Delivery cost withdrawal point / setpoint: 8.00 € TTC - 4 € from 2 pairs

Spain and Italy:

• Home delivery against signature, in point withdrawal or instructions by DPD

• Deadline provided by DPD (excluding order preparation time): 72 hours worked days.

• Cost of delivery = 11.00 € TTC - € 6 € from 2 pairs, delivery to the same address

• Delivery cost withdrawal point / setpoint: 10.00 € TTC - 5 € from 2 pairs

Certain difficult mountain areas of access by the carrier may be subject to a transportation supplement, as well as the coastal islands and Corsica.

Order without going through the online store?

We recommend using our online store but you still can order by mail following the following steps:

- Choose the desired model in the online store and contact us at 05-16-09-81-96 to book it

- By mail, tell us again the model, your size, the shipping address and your phone number and possible an email address, necessary for the delivery of the package by DPD (notifications of deliveries and possibility of forwarding).

- Address us a check payable to "SAS Rondinaud" denominated in euros, with the amount of your order by adding the shipping costs

Back: Exchange or refund

You have just received your pair of Charente and the size is not suitable or you want to change models.

For that, simply return your order in its original packaging to: SAS Rondinaud - Road of the Industrial Zone - 16110 La Rochefoucauld-en -angoumois. Please accompany it with a small word specifying your order reference (composed of 9 letters), your name, the return pattern and your wish (exchange or refund).

In case of exchange for another product, we will refund the difference. If the chosen product is more expensive, please send us the amount of the difference with the return.

The returned products must be returned to their original state and should not have a trace of wear.

The return costs are your responsibility and we ship the exchange at our expense.

You have a period of 14 days from the reception of your order (please contact us for an additional time - Christmas gifts).
